How long have you been in business?
Since January of 2001.
What is your primary product or service?
We sell quality first aid kits and supplies at affordable prices and customize labels and contents for our clients for their own use, as a give-away promotional product, or as a fundraiser using our products.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Was always interested in helping others. Went to 2 year college to become an RN (Registered Nurse), and dropped out to get involved with home health care and fell in love with working with seniors and the special challenges they have. Also I realized that children and seniors seem to be lost in the hustle and bustle sometimes and need some of us to make sure to keep an eye out for them. First aid is one way that I can help everyone from a safety and a safe health route. Hand washing and the right way to help with first aid and CPR are just a few of the ways that we are here to help get the word out to providers of both children and seniors to help them spread knowledge that can safe lives, especially accidental injuries if we can help prevent them from happening or getting worse.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
There are so many different first aid kit and supply companies. We don't have a goal to be the largest, just one with a great reputation.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one office right now. We would love to have an East Coast and West Coast presence, but that would be off in the future.

Take Hwy 45 North from Townline (Rte 60)to Allanson Road, right after Bill's Pizza on your left, take a right on Allanson and go to the first stop light (Washington Blvd) and go left about 4 buildings to the 405 Washington Blvd Address and come in the front door and we are the last suite on the lower level on the left. Our name is on the door.
What type of payments do you accept?
checks, cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover. We take mailed checks and also take faxed checks if you want to save time and price of the stamp. We add no service charge to the order.
Which areas do you service?
We service the entire United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and we do international shipments per requests.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Debbie Hackett is the owner and runs the daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
We are available from 9-5 CST by phone, fax, and e-mail. We are not a storefront, so for insurance purposes, we deliver to local clients.
