How long have you been in business?
Since December 2008. This is in essence a pro bono program offered thru Sundance Group, Inc.
The group has evolved and since been re-branded and re-organized a bit. Now as Roundtable sessions held on select Tuesday evenings at the Mokena/Tinley Park campus of Rasmussen College.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide a monthly 'focused roundtable session' beyond general networking, to experienced adults who are either experiencing unemployment, career transition, or even returning to the workforce after a long absence. We share our expertise in recruiting, interviewing skills, and other aspects to help enhance the job search efforts of career-minded individuals.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Having been in the field of employment/human resources management, and signifigant high volume recruitment for several years -- had naturally developed coaching and career development expertise. When the employment market was so seriously impacted in 2008 --sensed the need throughout area communities of newly unemployed people to have someone in their corner who could provide this type of community service. The need for this type of support has grown as people in their 50's and 60's want to keep working yet often have a more challenging time getting that next job.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
A safe, comfortable and energizing environment to expand one's professional network while learning to enhance job hunting skills. We keep it confidential and honest.

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one. We can provide similar groups or seminars to area communities.

What type of payments do you accept?
Membership is available. Outside of that - the fee is $10.00 to attend.
No drop-ins. Only RSVP in advance.
Special meetings/workshops may be slightly higher.
Which areas do you service?
All communities in the South Suburbs reaching to the Western suburbs and Chicago; Joliet and Will County suburbswelcome.
