MISSION STATEMENT
Since 1976 our mission is to be an advocate for the Hispanic Business Owners, and at the core of services and new initiatives to empower the Hispanic Business Community. The LACC principles are to organize the Hispanic Businesses as one economic group; to foster growth and development among its members by providing professional and technical assistance as well as management education and training; to facilitate business transactions between the members; to increase the level of employment of residents through entrepreneurship, and to hold the values of bringing opportunity, prosperity, and hope to the Hispanic community.
