It's a Franchised Real Estate Profession and and I love business and Real Estate. My background is in the Real Estate field and I possess a Degree in Business Administration.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Well, for one, I operate from a business perspective versus a sole Inspector just doing Inspections. In addition, I provide additional complimentary services such as the ability for clients to pay for their inspection at closing (Pay-At-Close), a software program called HomeBinder.com to store & get periodic housing suggestions, and an AI generated cost analysis report for necessary repairs.
