How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since May 2000
What is your primary product or service?
Dog walking/pet care
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We have always been obsessed with dogs (we have 4 of our own at home). Carine was working in the restaurant biz and Erik was working in the hospitality industry. We both hated it, and wanted to work with dogs. We love it so much!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
All of our pet sitters are employees instead of independent contractors like most dog walking companies have. That means our employees are protected and covered by all of our insurance. All employees are background checked. We have a strenuous training program new sitters must go through before they're allowed to go out on walks.
Our customer service cannot be beaten by any company. Our clients don't wait more than a minute to get a response from us during the day, and we always have managers available when needed.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have just one location servicing most neighborhoods on the north side and don't plan to expand.

We are located in Logan Square just off Kedzie Ave between Logan Blvd and Fullerton. We're the first street south of Logan Blvd right by Lula!

7am to 9:30pm every day 365 days a year
