How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We use specialized techniques and processes including video capture and facilitation to quickly capture team member "experts" as they demonstrate and present their skills. Then we turn the video into highly visual, easy-to-use, and easy-to-understand documentation. Good documentation helps team members gain the confidence and know-how they need to perform their duties:
