As a client, I am very pleased from the service and specifically from on time returned calls. Anna is very good listener and always is offering more for the money I am ready to pay. I prefer to work with her for 3 major reasons: 1. She is strait to the point. 2. She will work hard to offer you as a minimum 2 quotes even the case is very specific and difficult to place.

Anna explained to me how Medicare works in a way nobody before was able to. They were trying to sale me, not to explain me. She helped me to make a right decision.

How long have you been in business?
As insurance agent, financial representative and now broker, this will be my 12th year in business.
What is your primary product or service?
The insurance for contractors is my specialty.
Health insurance ON and OFF the Marketplace is a new specialty with all available 4 years of experience enrolling hundreds of new and existing applicants. Global Medical insurance is a novelty.
I am providing also ongoing consultation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Small business is my passion. I have been a business owner myself for more then 22 years and understand the pros and cons to be there and what the challenges are. When I entered the insurance business, my approach always was: "How this product will benefit the business owner? Does he really understand how much he need it?"
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
In many cases people are sold what they don't need and practically are not covered for the risk exposure they really need to be covered. Most of them prefer to hear the good news (low price) and don't care if something bad could happened to them. Sometimes they don't like to hear about the risk exposure, just need a document to be compliant with the law. These clients are my disappointment. But I am not discouraged to work for them and educate them. The sale itself is not my main goal. I am more happy to know that the person or business has its right coverage for the time he might need it.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location and do not plan to expend. Having a book of business I am capable to serve well, is my main goal. Money comes as a result of it.

If you know O'Hera area, Bensenville is right South-West there. My office is in the Lower Level at 1043 S York Rd., where Grand Ave. is crossing York Rd. North from US Bank's building is a 6 stories office & residential condominium building with large parking lot and you'll see small sign for Lower Level offices on your right site when facing the building. Take the stairs down to the entrance. LL3 is my suite number.
What type of payments do you accept?
All type of payments are accepted. Large amounts of cash (over $500) can be transferred as money orders, payments with credit cards, financing. In most cases I do direct payments to insurance companies.
Which areas do you service?
I am licensed to do business in Illinois, Texas and Georgia. If you mean area in insurance field, my specialization is Insurance for Contractors, Health Insurance, and everything else my existing clients might need. World wide I do only International Medical Insurance.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the owner, only agent and run most of the operations. Some business activities are outsourced.
What are your hours of operation?
My customers are invited between 12.30 p.m. till 6.30 p.m. Monday through Friday. All other working hours are by appointment only. I have 12 work and learning hours every day and prefer to work by appointment.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?

What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
They are many, but I like this one: �When you�re born, you�re born with 30,000 days. That�s it. The best strategic planning I can give to you is to think about that.� Avery told a group of American entrepreneurs, investors, and journalists.
