What is your primary product or service?
Strategic Diversity consulting including research, diversity training, benchmarking, cultural audits, strategic diversity interventions and assessments.
We specialize in small and medium-size diversity and human resources projects, often with a global dimension. We work with business to increase their profitability by identifying key resources and talents through Strategic Diversity Interventions and cultural audits. We provide team and leadership training using our patented programs: T.I.N.T. and Leading A.C.E.S..
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
BrainPower Consulting is the home of the Business Doctor, one of Chicago's up and coming business psychologist, Sakira Jackson.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are unique because of the size of projects we work on and the fact that we have designed a program which helps companies identify their diversity challenges, develop their diversity maturity and create diversity strategies which increase the bottom-line.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
In 2011 we will add to additional consultants.
