Alcuin Montessori School, founded in 1961, is the oldest chartered Montessori School in the Midwest. Located in historic downtown Oak Park,Illinois, in west suburban Chicago, the school serves students 12 months to 14 years and offers before and after school care for children 3 years and older as of September 1 of the enrollment year. An excellent alternativ to pre-school and kindergarten with enrichment programs include art, music and Spanish beginning in kindergarten level, with additional programs at elementary and middle school levels.
