So, the people in my house and I put together an order, it wasn't huge, but over 100$ we all pitched in, and placed our order. The pending deduction from my bank account sat for two days. Obviously I had entered my information correctly, or it would have never shown on the bank website. I assumed all was well. We were supposed to get our shipment 2 days ago, when I checked our tracking info, it said payment was declined, or didn't work. That's crap, I had well over 2000$ in my account, AND it had been pending for 2 full days. Now we aren't getting the order. When I tried to redo the order, I found that most of what we had placed in our cart was now sold out. I checked my account, my card info was all correct, and the transcript notes for the order said they had tried to call me....they never had. Now we don't have what we ordered, it's no longer available, and we waited more than a week before it finally let me know it wasn't going to arrive. I don't understand what happened, I won't speculate, but I will never order from them again.
