I would not recommend this facility or clinicians listed below.
I had 4 appointments here. The initial for $215 and three more for $150 charges. Melissa Ackerman was my initial therapist. She knew I required extended hours and did not have the means to support the accommodation, but waited till the end of the hour long appointment to tell me this. She immediately referred me to Corrie Todd, in practice, and I got in quickly. I had three appointments with her. A progress plan was not made, no therapeutic approaches were started, inconsistent information was given on the basis of obtaining an animal/ESA letter, and no follow up care was implemented after my dismissal of services through voicemail phone-tag. After multiple requests to speak to Whyte I was promptly called. She listened to my concerns and made suggestions for my future care. I don't think she understands the decisions and implementations of therapy the staff gave and poor care decisions were made on my behalf. It was made into a situation where bribery was suspected for an ESA letter when I chose no future care from this provider due to poor judgement of a health care provider, and apparent fear of said provider losing appointments ($) after fulfilling client needs. I will now be looking for a new long term therapist after moving to this area. The invaluable time, money, and wait time while searching for a proper provider will not be remedied and I caution new patients to these issues.
