Dimension Craft is a premier designer and builder of trade show exhibits and displays based in Chicago.
We provide creative custom and rental exhibits, installation and dismantle services, shipping, storage, graphics, and other services across the nation and internationally.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In 1971 Karl Hetzel was employed at a tradeshow exhibit company facing bankruptcy. He was told he could no longer be paid and should stop coming to work - but he continued to work for free. Not knowing what he was going to do with his clients and their exhibits, Karl's commitment forced him to explain the situation to them. With some persuasion a handful of clients that had agreed to stay with Karl; Dimension Craft Inc. was started.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a family owned business and we focused on building quality trade show exhibits.
